Job Seekers

There is a new website for graduates with a disability and prospective employers, called "Education to Employment Package" developed by the University of Western Sydney:

http://pubsites.uws.edu.au/rdlo/employment/default.htm

A new website has been launched to help simplify the search for “New Apprenticeships” job and
training information. The New Apprenticeships Job Pathways website:

www.najobpathways.com.au

- Provides easy to find information on the range of occupations that are potentially accessible through
“New Apprenticeships.”

Specific disability-related initiatives are also available, including information and links for job seekers.

If there was a free legal service for people with disabilities to advise you on workplace and industrial
issues, i.e. problems with employers and your work:

1. Would you use it?
2. What kind of advice / problems would you seek legal advice on?

PDCN (Physical Disability Council of NSW) is seeking as much discussion on this topic.
