Requirements
You need to be:
18 years or over (eligible to be a "member with a disability") and receiving or having received services from The Spastic Centre of NSW
or:
the primary carer of a person receiving or having received services from The Spastic Centre of NSW ("support member") i.e. parents, step-parents, guardians, siblings or other family members.
Annual Membership Fee: $ 30
