Carers Link offers:
- an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with parents or carers who face similar challenges
- information sessions on topics important to parents and carers.

One day seminars about

Support groups offered face-to-face or via telephone conference, in weekly sessions for 6 weeks. Find out more...
- Family Care
A series workshops about sharing experiences, balancing family needs, finding solutions and making plans for parents, siblings, carers and professionals providing care for a person with disability. Find out more...
- Teapot Groups
This provides an opportunity for parents/carers of children with additional needs to meet up with each other in an informal, relaxed setting for tea and coffee. Find out more...
- Hey Dad Workshops
Workshops for fathers who have a child with a disability. Find out more...
- MyTime Groups
Gives carers time just for themselves, a little pampering and some practical help. This Australian Government initiative provides a play helper to keep the children busy with activities while a facilitator gives the adults a hand with information. Parents and carers of a child with a disability aged from birth to six years are eligible. These groups are held in Bathurt, Lithgow, Moruya, Nowra, and Orange.
